 Our crab cakes are eight (8) ounces.  They are prepared with colossal lump crab meat using a recipe that has been passed down through the generations.  We use only the best crab meat and very little filler.  They are considered to be one of Maryland’s finest, and have been featured in Baltimore Magazine, the Baltimore Sun and the America One Holiday Showcase.  Voted Best Crab Cake by the City Paper, 2009.
